Ms. Sarah and the Milton Montford Garden

The Milton Montford Garden at the corners of Madison Avenue and Montford St, is the pride and joy of the community. Ms. Sarah Broadwater, President of the Milton Montford Neighborhood Association for over 30 + years is the overseer of the beautiful garden, and it shows. At any given time, you will find Ms. Sarah pruning and tending to her labor of love. As you drive in the 2400 block of Madison Avenue, it’s hard to miss the colorful mosaic community sign in the garden that residents designed and made themselves and the beautiful rose bushes throughout the area. Just recently, a little paint sprucing up was done to the fence and sign post.
